Open Author OER may be referred to as Open Author 2.0, Lessons, and Open Author Lessons.
For OER Commons Hub Partners: You can identify the Open Author resources on your Hub by taking these steps.
Navigate to your Hub on OER Commons.
Insert your cursor into the search bar at the top of your Hub.
Hit the enter or return key.
The next screen will display all of the resources affiliated with your Hub via collections and groups.
Navigate to the filters on the left side of your screen.
Under Content Source, click on “Open Author 2.0.”
The next screen will display only the resources published in Open Author.
For Microsite Administrators: You can identify the Open Author resources on your site by taking these steps
Front-end by Advanced Search:
Navigate to the Advanced Search page on your Microsite.
Under Additional Search Criteria navigate to Content Source on the right side of the page.
Check the box next to “Open Author 2.0,” scroll down, click on the Search button.
The next screen will display only the resources published in Open Author.
Front-end by Hub:
Navigate to the Hub from the all-Hubs page on your Microsite.
Insert your cursor into the search bar at the top of the Hub.
Hit the enter or return key.
The next screen will display all of the resources affiliated with the Hub via collections and groups.
Navigate to the filters on the left side of the page.
Under Content Source, click on “Open Author 2.0.”
The next screen will display only the resources published in Open Author.
Admin panel:
Navigate to the admin panel of your Microsite.
Using the menu on the left side of the page, navigate to Open Author 2.0 and click on “Lessons”. On the next page, all of the lessons will be displayed, including lessons in draft, pending, and published status.
