OER submitted from the Web may be referred to as content provider resources, course related materials (CRM). 


For OER Commons Hub Partners: You can identify the Open Author resources on your Hub by taking these steps.


  1. Navigate to your Hub on OER Commons.

  2. Insert your cursor into the search bar at the top of your Hub. 

  3. Hit the enter or return key. 

  4. The next screen will display all of the resources affiliated with your Hub via collections and groups. 

  5. Navigate to the filters on the left side of your screen. 

  6. Under Content Source, click on “Content Provider Resources”

  7. The next screen will display only the resources submitted from the Web.   



For Microsite Administrators: You can identify the Open Author resources on your site by taking these steps

 

Front-end by Advanced Search:

  1. Navigate to the Advanced Search page on your Microsite. 

  2. Under Additional Search Criteria navigate to Content Source on the right side of the page. 

  3. Check the box next to  “Content Provider Resources,” scroll down, click on the Search button. 

  4. The next screen will display only the resources submitted from the Web. 


Front-end by Hub: 

  1. Navigate to the Hub from the all-Hubs page on your Microsite.

  2. Insert your cursor into the search bar at the top of the Hub. 

  3. Hit the enter or return key. 

  4. The next screen will display all of the resources affiliated with the Hub via collections and groups. 

  5. Navigate to the filters on the left side of the page. 

  6. Under Content Source, click on “Content Provider Resources”

  7. The next screen will display only the resources submitted from the Web.


Admin panel: 

  1. Navigate to the admin panel of your Microsite. 

  2. Using the menu on the left side of the page, navigate to Materials and click on “Course Related Materials”. On the next page, all of the resources submitted from the Web will be displayed, including resources in draft, pending, and published status.
